I speak from personal experience. I started meditating 8 years ago. I was severely struggling with chronic stress, burnout and anxiety.
It took me years to become aware that I was chronically stressed and burnt out. And that I was repeating a pattern that was making me ill every 3 months.
My body wasn’t listening. My mind was consumed with negativity and unhealthy thoughts. My awareness was low and I wasn’t connected to my body.
I was acting and living like a machine in New York, working hard and feeling miserable. And allowing the misery into my life.
I had created a monster that I couldn’t escape until I found meditation.
Once I started meditating, I naturally started to heal my chronic stress and burnout. I began to slow-down. I began to rest more. I learned to relax more.
The more time and energy I put into meditating instead of worrying or constant overthinking, I found something that worked perfectly for me.
My anxiety reduced. My unhealthy thoughts began to reduce.
I learned to relax my nervous system.
I learned to honor my emotions and be kind to myself.
And most of all, I started to feel calm, peaceful and happy.
I finally could say, that I was happy.
Through meditation, I found my calling. I found my purpose. I found deep emotional, mental, physical and financial freedom.

Day 1: Healing with Intention
Learn to set honest intentions. In this meditation, you will relax your body and set an intention for your healing journey.

Day 2: Heart-Centered Meditation
You will learn to relax your body by connecting to your breath. Whenever things get heavy and chaotic, I invite you to ask your heart "what do you need?"

Day 3: Honor Your Emotions
Learn to honor your emotions by observing, watching and witnessing what is coming up for you. Giving yourself space and permission to feel whatever is present or whatever has been suppressed.

Day 4: Self-Forgiveness Meditation
Let go of the past and step into your future-self by forgiving yourself. Without forgiveness, you will always feel like you are carrying a bag full of rocks.

Day 5: Chakras Energy Cleansing
You will experience the clearing of your chakras / energy points where you may be feeling blocked. This practice will allow you to align your energy points and release negativity, toxicity, and any lingering pain / hurt.

Day 6: Healing Your Inner Child
You will get an opportunity to experience a powerful inner child healing meditation. Do this everyday in the morning or at night to start healing childhood wounds, past traumas and existing triggers.

Day 7: Gratitude Meditation
Learn to offer gratitude for all that you experience as "good" and "bad".
